Terms of Sale

These terms are an offer by the operator of the CREOS service (the "Company", "we") to provide access to the CREOS service at stage-x7pk5m.creos.si (the "Service"). They are addressed to a person of legal capacity aged 18 or older (the "User", "you"). They supplement the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy; on payment matters this document prevails.

1. What to know before paying

These points are repeated here rather than buried in the text because money depends on them.

1. Payment is credited as credits and quotas for generations in the scope of the chosen plan or pack. Payment is in US dollars through Stripe. Sales tax is calculated and added automatically based on your address; the final amount is shown before payment.
2. The subscription renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Subscription credits reset each period: at the start of a period the subscription balance becomes equal to the plan quota, and the unused remainder of the previous period does not carry over. Extra credits (bought separately or received through a partner platform) do not expire until spent unless a term is stated on the purchase page.
4. Refunds cover the unused part, under the Refund Policy.
5. Credits are not money, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.

2. Definitions

Service — the software at stage-x7pk5m.creos.si: access to artificial intelligence models for chat, image, video and voice generation, the gallery and cabinet tools.

Credits — the internal unit of account used to pay for generations. The price of each generation in credits is shown before it starts.

Subscription — a plan billed monthly with a credit quota per period.

Extra credits — a one-time credit pack on top of the subscription.

External platform — a third-party service that, under an agreement with the Company, issues CREOS credits to its members. Settlement with such a platform is handled by the platform; you have no claims against the Company in that respect.

Generation — a single request to a model made on your behalf.

3. Subject

The Company provides access to the Service in the scope of the chosen plan or pack, and you pay for that access. A generation is deemed delivered when its result is issued or when it is refused on the grounds of section 7. Subscription access is deemed provided continuously throughout the paid period.

4. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when you tick the consent box on the checkout page and complete the payment. The date and version of the terms are stored with the order. No separate signature is required. An account created through a external platform is deemed to have accepted these terms upon its first independent action in the Service: setting a password, a purchase or a publication.

5. Prices, payment, taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars on the plans page and apply at the moment of payment. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; the Company does not receive or store card data. Sales tax and similar charges are calculated by the payer's address and added before confirmation. Stripe emails the receipt and invoice.

Your bank or card issuer may charge its own conversion fees, which the Company does not control. Credits are issued once the payment system confirms the payment, exactly once; repeated notifications of the same payment add no credits.

6. Subscription and cancellation

The subscription is paid 30 days in advance and renews automatically by charging the saved payment method. We send a reminder email three days before renewal. Cancellation is available in cabinet settings at any time: there will be no renewal, access and subscription credits remain until the end of the paid period, after which subscription credits expire. Extra credits are unaffected by cancellation.

If a charge fails we retry for seven days; subscription access is paused meanwhile, extra credits stay available. A plan change applies from the next period unless the plans page says otherwise.

7. Content restrictions

The Service refuses a generation and charges no credits when a request contains: sexualisation of minors in any form; pornography; incitement to violence, terrorism or crime; hate speech based on race, religion, sex, orientation or disability; depictions of real people without consent in a degrading or misleading manner; material infringing third-party rights; instructions for weapons or malicious code. Borderline cases are reviewed by a moderator; no credits are charged during review.

Repeated attempts to bypass the restrictions are grounds for suspension under the Terms of Use.

8. No income promises

The Service is a content creation tool. The Company does not promise earnings, income or gain from using the Service, from the created materials or from participation in partner platforms. Any such promise made by third parties is not an obligation of the Company.

9. Rights to results

You may use generation results for any lawful purpose, including commercial, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the model providers' terms. The Company claims no authorship of results. By publishing a work in the gallery you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service's pages until you unpublish it.

Artificial intelligence output may coincide with other users' output, may contain inaccuracies and is not advice. Check it before use.

10. Refunds

The refund procedure is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unused extra credits and the unused part of the current subscription period are refunded on request; spent credits are a delivered service.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not warrant uninterrupted operation, availability of particular models or that results meet your expectations. The Company's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding three months. The Company is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law; consumer rights that cannot be limited are preserved.

12. Personal data

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. For payment, Stripe receives your email address, the amount and the billing address as an independent data controller.

13. Term and changes

These terms apply indefinitely. The Company may change them by publishing a new version on this page at least 10 days before it takes effect; changes affecting prices or subscriptions are announced by email. Orders already paid are governed by the version accepted at payment.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of the Company's registration, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved as described in the Terms of Use.

15. Company details

The operator's details are published on this page once the legal entity is registered.
