Terms of Use

An agreement between you and the operator of the CREOS service (the "Company") on the use of the CREOS service at stage-x7pk5m.creos.si (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you accept this agreement, the Terms of Sale and the Privacy Policy.

1. Who may use the Service

A person aged 18 or older who confirmed their age at registration. The Service is not meant for children; an account created by a child is deleted and the unused payment refunded to the legal guardian on request. One person, one account.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken from your account. An account created through a external platform belongs to you, not to the platform: you can set a password and an email, keep using the Service independently of the platform, and delete the account in settings. A external platform can only stop issuing credits to you.

3. Prohibited conduct

Violating the content restrictions of the Terms of Sale; presenting results as photographs of real events in order to deceive; creating material that infringes third-party rights; bypassing limits or automating requests without written permission; sharing account access; promising income on behalf of the Service; posting malicious links; interfering with the Service. US sanctions and export control laws apply: the Service is unavailable to restricted persons and jurisdictions.

4. User content

You are responsible for your requests and for the use of results. You confirm that you hold the rights to uploaded materials (references, voice, photographs) and have the consent of the people depicted and of voice owners. Uploading another person's voice or face without consent is prohibited.

5. Gallery publication

Publication is voluntary and moderated. A published work is visible to all visitors together with your login and caption. You can unpublish at any time; the Company may remove a work that violates the rules, with notice.

6. Copyright and complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material in the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@creos.si describing the work, the address of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a signature. We remove material upon a substantiated notice and inform the author, who may file a counter-notice. Repeat infringers are suspended.

7. Suspension

The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach of this agreement, suspected fraud, or at the request of the payment system or the law. We notify you by email with the reason, except where notice is prohibited by law. Unused payment is not refunded upon suspension for a breach unless applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Models are supplied by third parties and may be unavailable or changed; in that case we offer a replacement or return credits for the failed generation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

9. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages, lost profit or data loss; aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months before the event. You agree to indemnify the Company against third-party claims caused by your breach of this agreement or of third-party rights.

10. Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of the Company's registration, USA, apply. Before going to court the parties attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation: send a claim to support@creos.si; we respond within 30 days. Failing agreement, the dispute is heard by the courts of the State of the Company's registration, unless mandatory law of your country provides otherwise. Consumers retain the rights granted by the law of their place of residence.

11. Changes

A new version is published on this page at least 10 days before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete the account in settings.
