How is the talking avatar priced?
By the length of the speech: the price is per second, and the seconds are worked out from the length of the text. The workspace shows what the clip will cost before it runs.
How much does HeyGen talking avatar cost in CREOS?
150 credits per second of speech. Credits are charged when it runs, and the price is shown before that. On the Start plan for $9 — about 33 seconds of speech.
What photo works for a talking avatar?
A clear photo of one person, with the face well visible and well lit. Upload only your own photo or a photo of someone who has agreed to it.
What happens to the credits if a generation fails?
They go back to your balance automatically. If a request is declined by the content filter, nothing is charged at all.
Do I need to install anything to use HeyGen talking avatar?
No. HeyGen talking avatar works in the browser on a computer and on a phone: sign up for CREOS and choose the model in the studio.
How long are results kept?
30 days in My work; a reminder comes three days before deletion. Download what you need.
