Z-Image Turbo is a 6-billion-parameter model from Alibaba's Tongyi-MAI team. It is distilled — trained to produce an image in only a few steps — so it is fast and inexpensive. It handles photorealistic scenes confidently and can render text in English and Chinese inside the image.

How is Z-Image Turbo different from the other image models in CREOS?

It is the fastest and most affordable model in the section. When you need maximum detail or a complex composition, pick a premium-level model in the Images section: it costs more but works the scene out more carefully.

How much does Z-Image Turbo cost in CREOS?

15 credits per image. Credits are charged when it runs, and the price is shown before that. On the Start plan for $9 — about 333 images.

Can I upload my own image to Z-Image Turbo?

Yes. Attach an image to the description and the model will use it as the basis.

Can I repeat a result I liked?

Yes. Use the same seed number and the same description — the result will be the same or very close.

What happens to the credits if a generation fails?

They go back to your balance automatically. If a request is declined by the content filter, nothing is charged at all.

Do I need to install anything to use Z-Image Turbo?

No. Z-Image Turbo works in the browser on a computer and on a phone: sign up for CREOS and choose the model in the studio.
